Cruise to KL and Phuket – Day 1

For this CNY, the extended family to decide to spend it on a cruise ship. Since this is the 1st season for the Royal Caribbean cruise line, the family decided to go for it. The cruise departs Singapore on Fri at 5pm for its 1st port of call in KL. We arrived at the cruise centre at 245pm and proceeded to check in the suite and onto the ship. The room looks smaller than expected but it should be ok for 4 and we have our own balcony too. at 415pm, we were all asked to go for the compulsory muster drill where we learn to put on the life vest and know where we need to go in the “unlikely” event of an incident on the ship.

Took a walkabouts the ship, there was a mini golf, rock climbing area, indoor and outdoor pool..tons of deck chairs, gym and the centrum was fully decorated to welcome the CNY.
Dinner was fine dining for the rest of the 4 nights and we were assigned seating
Meal selection for the 1st night.
