Good Chance Popiah

hao cai popiah
Apparently at the void deck of somewhere near Outram, there is a Chinese restaurant that served authentic Hokkien food and next to it is a HOSTEL!

Hokkien food so of course we had the DIY popiah, fish maw soup and prawn paste 五香. Maybe it is food that I grew up with so I felt especially homey after the dinner.

Your step by step guide to making your own popiah. What do you like to put in your own popiah? I love an extra dose of the dark sweet sauce and lots and lots of the grinded peanuts! Too bad the place only gave us very little…….I so miss my home cooked popiah!
