baking
It had been a long long long long long…(super duber long time) since I baked…..did this spur of the moment, with no weighing machine or no decent mixed or a decent oven nor the correct chocolate for the icing.  I used “feel” to gauge the moment of flour to use and amount of water to add it. little hiccups here and there as I missed a step or added something too early or too late

The cake turned out ….not too bad……edges were a little dry as the conventional over I was using was not providing the heat evenly but the sponge cake was still soft…..the taste was not too bad……it looked….ugly! haha

Sometimes, you need the “moment” to do something….I probably would have sat on the “baking idea” if I did not execute on it immediately that day when I thought of it. 🙂
