Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant

Wah Lok, a great place for Cantonese Dim Sum. The clan went down for a family meal and was my 1st time having their set lunch.

1st up would be the Peking duck, glazed of oil…full of sin and yet the fats with the flour…yummy!

Sharks fin, typical of what we get in restaurants nowadays, starch with not much fins but fish maw instead

Stir fried cuttle fish (no no, not Paul the octopus..)

stir fried duck
It looked so alike to the previous dish….but this was the duck meat from the Peking duck.

steam cod fish
Steamed cod fish, the garlic crisps on top was to die for….

braised noodles
By this time, I was so full that I could only play with the braised noodles, it was chewy but with a strong noodle taste..Not too much to my liking.

Last but not least, cream custard puff for dessert….typical Hong Kong cream custard style…..

My tummy was bursting by now. 🙂

    How is their Dim Sum? Wanted to try out Marriott but they had promotion and no seats for 10 days. Wound up at Ah Yat Turf Club and it was “eh”.

    their dim sum was not too bad but it was a long time ago
    can always go back to try =P
