Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck

Isn’t this the long weekend to feast and be merry? Thanks to my sister, I get to fatten more up with some cripsy, fat duck skin! It is advised to pre-order your duck when you make reservations and they would serve the pipping hot duck once you are settled. The duck can be carved to your liking so we had the drumsticks (skin and meat and fat) carved them for us to munch and the rest went for the usual Peking duck serving.

2 baskets of hot flour (more like tortilla skin but more powdery and smooth) and you just wrap it with the cripsy duck skin, spring onion, cucumber and the dark sweet sauce.

Another supposed star dish from the restaurant, braised pork but I beg to differ 😛

You definitely need some greens to have a balanced diet from all those fat and in the excitment, forgot to take the photo of the noodles made with the duck meat
