Austin Food Carts (2)

G'Raj Mahal Cafe
A very popular Indian food truck, most people who ate there commented that the food was very authentic. Someone even commented to me that it tasted almost like what his grandmother made. So I can understand its popularity and the charm of this place is it opens till late and it is BYOB.

Samosa
Samosas – midly spiced potato and pea, served with mint and tamirind chutneys. The mint sauce was really good.

chicken curry
Chicken curry, nothing too different.

tomato puree
Tikka Masala – buttery sauce with tomato. I almost burnt from this, it was so spicy and I am surprised to find such spicy stuff here.

cheese and garlic naan
The garlic naan was really good. Initially I was wondering why the garlic was green but it was soaked in olive oil and it had made a quick tour with an oil bath so it was fragrant.
