I can’t believe that after so many trips to Austin that I was never introduced to something so American!

A s’more is a traditional nighttime campfire treat popular in the United States and Canada, consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two pieces of graham cracker.

You need Graham crackers

Chocolate bar, which you can break up.

Place the chocolate on the cracker.

marshmallow toast
Toast the mashmallow till you feel that it should be soft

The warmed marshmallow is quickly removed from the skewer with two graham crackers, one of which has a piece of chocolate on it. Ideally, the heat from the roasted marshmallow partially melts the chocolate.

Oh gosh, it was a really fun experience and I really love it…hopefully I can bring and create my own S’more when I go back to Singapore 🙂
