Spring Court

spring court

Today, we are proud to be Singapore’s oldest family-run restaurant. And we have unfailingly dedicated ourselves to making every meal a relaxing, enjoyable and special occasion, much like eating in your own home.

Spring Court

braised sea cucumbers
1 of the best braised sea cucumber I ever had, no fishy smell and yet is soft and chewy..Absolutely thumbs up

How can a Hokkien meal go without a proper popiah, a wrap that is full of the turnips, egss, prawns and crushed peanuts.

peking duck
Promotion at the restaurant was getting the Peking duck for only 88 cents if above $90 of order

cripsy chicken with prawns
Mum loved this, chicken minced with prawns and deep fried and hidden under the crispy chicken skin

braised cabbage with dried scallop
Another traditional delight of braised cabbage with dry scallop.

yam paste
Yam paste for dessert. Oh, we were so full from this lunch
