Keisuke Tonkotsu King (Orchid Hotel)

finally got the chance to try out the ramen place that has received much raves since it opened. a line is forever outside the small eatery and even going at odd times would still warrant a wait of at least 10 minutes.

Eggs given free as a side.

sesame and bean sprouts for condiments.

the chef at work! (seriously, I wonder what is with the trimmed brows with the Japanese men?!)

pork bone soup based ramen, option of spicy red or black miso too. Broth was thick and full of flavor but I still prefer the meat done in the rolled way as it is more juicy that way.
