The 1600 square-foot establishment, conceived by Soo Chan, Principal of SCDA, is a celebration of good food with quality design. The cooking is like Soo Chan’s design manifesto; composed, refined, refreshing and amaranthine. The cooking techniques employed in Bistro Soori coupled with the chef’s clever interpretation is like a modern gastro-alchemy. Strategically located beneath SCDA Singapore as an extension of the firm’s lifestyle arm to complement its multi-award winning practice, Bistro Soori is also a marketing tool for the luxurious resort, Alila Villas Soori Bali. Apart from welcoming diners in search for unique dining experiences, the restaurant offers intimate lessons for aspiring chefs.

Fish of the day – butter fish, it was really delicious as it was crispy on the outside and soft and tender inside.
