Kyoto, Japan – Day 6(a)

The first half of the day was mainly chill-lax as most were tired so we rested in the hotel till it was time to check out and headed to one of the restaurants in Isetan at Kyoto Station. There was free flow of Japanese pickles to go with your main set. We had alot of fun trying out the different tastes.

On the Shinkansen towards Atami, didn’t we just eat? I guess desserts still have space for our stomachs.

If you ever take the Tokaido Shinkansen (the main shinkansen that connects Tokyo with Osaka) Ask for the left side if you are headed towards the Tokyo direction. You might be lucky just like us to sneak a view of the beautiful Mount Fuji when you are near the Shin-Fuji station.
