Woke up at 8am to find the rain had stopped, did a little happy dance thinking that it would be the end of the rain but I was so wrong as the rain started again 1 hour later 😦
The library in day light, would be a great place to chill out if we were not rushing for time.
Option of western buffet breakfast or Japanese set and we chose the western buffet breakfast as we could have a table overlooking to the infinity pool.
buffet breakfast spread.
some of the choices I picked.
enjoying a cup of coffee before we checked out at 11am, braved the chill to sit at the ratten table and chairs to enjoy the view for a bit before we say good bye.
Just 15 minutes drive away from our hotel would be the Busena Marine Park.
Pristine sea water with white sands, definitely ideal for a summer getaway.
Waters were very clear and some divers were preparing to head out to dive from here too.
Our first stop would be a 20 minutes ride on the glass bottom boat (combined discounted ticket was 1600JPY per adult which we bought at OTS, original ticket price was 2000JPY)
Everyones’ heads looking down at spots whenever we were asked to look down at spots full of fish. Guide said that the fishes around the area had got used to the frequency of the boats and hence would follow the boat whenever it approaches as fish food were usually thrown in to lure them.
Mainly Blue duskytail damsel fish were seen.
They must be thinking, food food food!
Next stop would be the underwater observatory.
Walked down the stairs to find ourselves heading 2 meters, 3 meters and 4 meters down the sea.
360 degrees view of the marine life.
Very small and packed area but everyone was polite and following the direction
That is all from our Busena Marine Park adventure.
