with the weather warming, this would be a nice jelly to make in abudance and pop into your mouth whenever you crave for something sweet and cool. Plus this is so full of vitamin c so isn’t it a good dessert?
Half your grapefruit and scrape out the pulp into a bowl, I recycled my grapefruit skin by using it as a fruit bowl but if you are lazy, you can just make the jelly in any container you want. Just make sure, you use only the pulp and juice and remove any skin bits or seeds from the juice you have prepared. Some recipes only recommended using the juice but I think having the pulp in the jelly is more healthy 🙂 so entirely up to you.
Then after, you can enjoy your jelly after dinner or during TV times with no grapefruit juice trailing down your hands! I always make a batch so that Sushi san who loves desserts can eat these instead of ice cream and chocolates.
