Bistro Uokin (びすとろUOKIN)

Eversince I went to Uokin at Ikebukuro, I am a converted fan for their chain. This time we headed to their Bistro that also served Italian food. However it was mainly standing room.

Fresh creamy oyster from Hiroshima

I thought this was escargots but I was wrong, the cooking method was the same but they were actually a type of shell fish.

Grilled duck! A rare dish since duck is not commonly found in Japan’s food menu.
