Adrift (Marina Bay Sands Hotel)

We checked out this new bar by celebrity chef, David Myers. It was pretty packed when we visited since it was newly opened. The crowd has kinda of watered down by now but still a nice place to chill if you are in the vicinity.

Fresh flowers for the tables, which I like.

Most of the food there is Japan-izakaya inspired, which I quote from Sushi-san. Rice crackers, in assorted flavors.

Soda cooler which was pretty refreshing for a warm night.

Crispy fried chicken with miso honey sauce.

I love their crispy baby patatoes! cut up a little, deep fried and flavored with salt and seaweed strips.

Foie gras little bahn mi which add a little luxury feel to this Vietnamese snack.

Grilled rice also known as the yakinigiri

We ate this with fork and knife instead of our hands since we are eating as atas izakaya. LOL

caramel french toast with coffee sauce, one of the most recommended dessert from Adrift. IF you like a tinge of bitterness with your sweets.
