Japan Denny’s

Denny's Japan
There wasn’t too many food choice on the last day of 2015 since a lot of eateries are closed for the New Year. Surprisingly, Japan Denny’s food is not that bad.

Denny's Japan
The salads were made with fresh crispy lettuce instead of soggy ones.

Denny's Japan
Beef stew was flavorful and soft.

Tomato pasta

Denny's Japan
Hamgburg with grilled chicken

Denny's Japan
The only disappointment was likely the steak which was a little tough

Denny’s is not too bad a selection if you don’t want fast food and they are ok with pushing a stroller in. The only bane is their idea of smoking and non smoking seats = different corners of the restaurant so the non smoking areas does have a smoke smell.

Hi, thanks for sharing this! I just want to know – is Japan Denny’s a franchise from Denny’s in the US? Have a great day! 🙂

@Rice N Dine, I think it is….but not 100% sure. The menu is not 100% same as USA

I used to be super reluctant to eat at family restaurants in Japan and was more like a pit stop for us if we needed to stop somewhere while driving in inaka places. But recently, a mummy friend asked me to go to Gusto and it’s quite good… Better than Jonathan’s and Denny’s. And amazingly Charles ate most of his kid’s meal! A miracle for Mr Fusspot. I wouldn’t go there specially to eat but if you have toddlers and too scared to bring them to a proper restaurant, Gusto is a pleasant experience.

Gusto is pretty good too! Yeah I know sometimes I missed going to Izakaya but sometimes with a kid, it is easier to pop in such places.
