Bought a gift for Kang Kang’s 1st bday coming on May 18th…*^_^* Thanks to XL for passing the gift in Austin.

Why it is so hard to remain slim in my lab?!!! We have a snack trolley in the office….now…seems like one of the drawer in the lab is filled with snacks too….I was awed! when I opened the drawer yesterday… full of Cheese Balls…..

Gail and I met up impromtu last nite for a dinner and chill session…The initial plan was to go to Wala Wala since her favorite band is playing that night. But since dinner was at PS and it was a bit inaccessible to go the HV so we decided to head to the Loof but there was only standing space at Loof…..we decided to check out City Space since we’ve never been there before. It is on the Level 69 of the Swiss’otel ( 1 floor below New Asia Bar). The night view there was great and it is a great place for a quiet nite to relax with Light Jazz music (amid the higher price for the drinks and the expensive wings we had!) We had our drinks and chatted and of cos made those stupid observations of the people ard us…*topics? secret..hahaha* Of cos, we cam-whore alot..hahaha

For my Good Friday vacation, we had E20 gathering….Havent seen them since EMily’s wedding on New Year’s Eve. It is always fun to meet up with them cos there is just so much laughters everytime we meet…YB bought a 3G fone….we played with the video call function…Technology….just amaze me…I still remember the times we knew each other then, we were still playing with pagers…numerial and alpha numerial pages…now we’re talking about camera phones and 3G phones….

After the E20 gathering at Parkway, I made my way to East Coast Park (ECP) for my primary school BBQ…….Then I saw the latest attraction in ECP – Cable waterskiing or wakeboarding as its name implies, is waterskiing or wakeboarding where the participants are not pulled by a boat but by an overhead cable, very similar to a cable car system. The cable system runs counter clockwise around the lake and the participants are very simply, hooked up to the cable on the move

Havent seen them for a long long long long long time..Thanks to JX for taking tiem to organise this BBQ and XH for cooking everything for us! As usual, there was a lot of food left and the favorite game of 终极密码 was played. This game works like this for those who dunno this game, a number is chosen and everyone have to guess a number btw 1 – 99. If the number is 10, the 1st person who guessed number 20 then the next person to guess only have the range of 1 – 20 as their guessing range. So the person who got the number or is sandwiched in betweenl the number lose. I cant believe my good luck. EVERYONE except ME had to eat the food cos they so unfortunately got the ultimate number!! Jiarun and Gene lost the game 3 times!!!! It is so funny that we can remember the stuff we did in primary sch!! I mean it was like almost 14 yrs ago since we got out of there…..we were still teasing Gene for his frequent visits to the Principal’s office in the past cos he didnt hand in his homework most of the times…I like his reply “I didn’t do my homework wat, of cos there is nothing to hand in lah” LOL…Those were the days……

Oh…vodka on the rocks taste horrible…..vodka mixed with green tea is weird…vodka still taste good with soda or lime juice! hahaha
