Caramel

I had always wanted to try this place as I always walked past it whenever I walked from PS towards Cathay for my movie jaunts…. From the exterior, the cafe looks cosy and the cakes looks enticing.

I tried the Tearamisu cake and tea cake inspired by the tiramisu, did not inspire me. In fact, I think the overall tea taste made the cake taste a little weird. I guess I am just used to the chocolatey and cheesy taste in my usual tiramisu…I can’t remember the exact name of the salmon quiche (?? I think it was quiche) but the overall taste did not sit well with me either. The only compensation was the cosy sofa seat and the cold cold air conditioning on a hot hot afternoon.
